in need of room to rent

im looking to trade services for renting a room in fort Collins. I'm quiet respectful and I can cook clean on top of services. i don't smoke cigarettes or have pets. wouldn't have frequent company or much company aside from my kiddo sometimes. im looking for shorter term depending on how well it works for everyone involved. 2-3 months tops. i will not be paying cash or moving outside fort Collins. texting is best for me. gentleman and pg conversation only please. hope to hear from you soon.
